Yesterday I went to the Griffith Observatory on Mount Wilson in Los Feliz. Amazing. I loved it. I love museums and places of display anyways so this has to be one of my favorite places of in the Los Angeles area yet. Also, the architecture was pretty amazing and the amount of detail that went into this building is amazing.
Some Facts I learned:
The Griffith Observatory was a $93,000,000 restoration project
Home to the Hubble Telescope (never knew that, thought the Hubble was in space)
Oh, and I learned how a pendulum works...
